Southampton
Project
This project was done for a client in Southampton who built an elegant home combined with a custom theme and comfortable feel. Even though the client's home is warm and cozy, the decor and design was top notch. The clients welcomed technology but they did not neccesarily want to see it. We turned to an all RTI control system which was a combination of products consisting of graphical and non-graphical keypads, wand-style hand-held remotes, and iPad and iPhone control. We outfitted the client with several equipment locations that were hidden in cabinets with the main area in the basement equpment room. For automation we are using Lutron lighting and climate control. Finally, for networking we are using a Ruckus wireless system. Chelsea
Project
One of our most challenging projects was also our most rewarding. This 5,000 square foot home in the historic district of Chelsea was completely renovated. All of the beams and ceilings were replaced with a metal and steel infrastructure. As much as the home was renovated, the brick work was rejuvanted and the look and feel was still preserved. This six story home features an high quality enterprise networking system, Lutron RadioaRa2 lighting and shade solutions, RTI control throughout, with a six zone video matrix switcher and 16 zones of audio. The home is also utilizing 4 zones of IP cameras and is fully contrallable with the 4 iPads throughout the home.
